Billing, Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Overview
This policy applies to Elefly Technology's paid digital products, including subscription software, in-app features, API access, and one-time digital purchases, unless a product-specific checkout page or written agreement states otherwise.
Digital Delivery
- Elefly products are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods.
- Access is usually provided immediately after payment or account activation, but some products may require manual approval, compliance review, or app store processing.
- If access is delayed because of a technical issue on our side, contact support@eleflytech.com.
Pricing and Billing
- Prices are shown at checkout or inside the relevant product.
- Paid plans may be monthly, annual, usage-based, or one-time purchases.
- The seller, billing interval, trial terms, taxes, and renewal settings are shown on the applicable checkout page or invoice.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- You can usually cancel through the product settings, account dashboard, or app store subscription management flow.
- Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Because Elefly products are digital and accessible immediately after delivery, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where a product-specific offer states otherwise.
We will review refund requests case by case in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges.
- Accidental purchase clearly reported soon after payment.
- Failure to provide paid access because of a verified issue on our side.
Please send refund requests to support@eleflytech.com within 7 days of the charge and include the account email, product name, charge date, and reason for the request.
Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can review the issue and help resolve it quickly.
Taxes
Depending on your location and the product sold, taxes may be added at checkout where required. Tax treatment can vary by region and product type.
